    Join Nusantara Arts awesome team and help us build our organization with our new, and exciting marketing efforts!

    Job Responsibilities:

    Manage and execute digital marketing strategies, including setting up Facebook events and managing Facebook advertising to maximize reach.

    Design graphic materials for print and digital use, primarily using Canva, to support event promotions and organizational branding.

    Capture high-quality photos and videos at events to enhance online content and promotional efforts.

    Create and curate engaging content for social media posts and plan overall social media strategy to increase reach and engagement.

    Develop and manage email campaigns to keep the community informed about upcoming events and important news, with the goals of increasing attendance, involvement, and support.

    Produce semi annual newsletters, ensuring content is on-brand and effectively communicates with our audience.

    Maintain a keen attention to detail in all marketing materials and communications.

    Build and maintain relationships with community members and stakeholders, enhancing engagement and support for the organization.

    Desirable Additional Skills:

    -Familiarity with Squarespace for website updates and Adobe Photoshop for advanced graphic design tasks is appreciated but not required.

    About: Nusantara arts is active in many ways and we are ready to hire someone to help us with a variety of day to day tasks. This position will work closely with our executive director and volunteers.

    Responsibilities:

    On-site assistant to the Executive Director comprising work related to a variety of organization needs, including administrative as well as physical tasks. Candidates should be adaptable to a variety of tasks and be ready for changing priorities on a weekly basis.

    Help in event facilitation and planning including - making logistical arrangements, renting equipment, research, communication, organization, preparation, and cleanup.

    Represent Nusantara Arts at tabling events.

    Data entry.

    Coordinate with volunteers and class participants via email and Discord.

    Maintain Nusantara Arts facility cleanliness and organization.

    Run simple errands.

    Hand-write notes to donors and assist with other development activities.

    Be able to carry up to 50 lbs of musical instruments and other equipment up and down stairs and load into vehicles.

    Be able to record video and take photos with a phone camera.

    Desirable Additional Skills:

    Basic video editing, drivers license, Web, Database skills
